The Samoa National Provident Fund (SNPF) in association with ETS Group Architects, Tinai Gordon & Associates Ltd, and Ca'Bella Samoa, present the proposed commercial and retail complex that is the all new, Molesi Building. 

The new development will provide approximately 9000m² of retail, office and public space in a three story complex. Also included in the design is a two level carparking building, which will provide much needed off-road car parking space for Apia. ETS Group Architects, have come up with what was described as an innovative design which is also appropriate for the local environment.

Vaughan Simpson, Managing Director of Ca’Bella Samoa, signed the contract with SNPF in late November last year.  The project is due to be completed end of 2012.
