McDonald’s Apia

CaBella was engaged by McDonalds Family restaurant to complete the refurbishment of their building located in the business district of Apia Township. The project included the demolition of a nearby single story building, upgrading the existing McDonalds building whilst keeping part of the existing structure. A unique challenge posed by the client was having as minimal disruption to ongoing operation of the business. Through methodical planning and execution, CaBella adopted a two stage construction approach which resulted in maintaining 95% business operation during the project. The newly refurbished building captures the eye of the public and has resulted in significant increase in sales.
