The building is two storey built from reinforced concrete to ensure longevity and durability in the harsh tropical environment with a construction period of 18months. The building uses a combination of natural and mechanical ventilation to achieve indoor comfort. CaBella ensured quality control measures required by Konoike Construction were achieved through attention to detail.
