ACC Waterproofing Project

CaBella was engaged by the Accident Compensation Board to conduct replacement of the roof waterproofing membrane on the ACC building located in Apia central township due to ongoing leaks. This project required removing the existing waterproofing membrane and replacing it with TPO membrane. Given the building was six stories, significant scaffolding design was required to complete this scope of works and ensure the safety of workers and the public. This project is currently in progress with the expected completion date to be May 2026.
