Sinalei Reef Resort and Spa

CaBella was engaged by Sinalei Resort post the 2009 Tsunami to rebuild their restaurant over the water. This project had unique challenges as the resort was completely demolished and the nation was undergoing complete reconstruction of critical infrastructure. Being over the water and exposed to marine conditions highlighted the importance of suitable and durable materials. Key features of this project included the architectural display of the roof structure from within the restaurant which connects contemporary design with traditional architecture. – CaBella was also engauged to design and build the Resorts Presidential Suite, the first guest being the “Rock Dwayne Johnstone”
