The Samoan National Provident Fund (SNPF) tendered the redevelopment of the former Molesi building and CaBella was the successful tenderer. This project required the demolition of the previous 1 story plaza and the construction of a three storey building from 2011-2012. This multi-purpose building contains offices, retail stores, doctors, and a gym facility. The complexity of the building design and scale of subcontractors required robust planning to ensure the successful delivery of the building. Majority of the workforce were local with specific sub-contractors being flown in from New Zealand to complete their component. Some unique aspects of this project included the sail that spanned between the two buildings providing shade, and the contemporary curved nature of the building which aligned with modern architectural aesthetic. At the time, this was CaBella largest project on record which required hiring over 200 staff to complete within the timeframe. To date, this building remains a focal point within the central township of Apia Samoa.
