Tiapapata Residential Compound

CaBella has been engaged by L&R Investments to design and build a contemporary residential compound comprising of three, three bedroom houses built to be durable and resilient to the dynamic environment. CaBella engaged Urban Design Studio in Australia to maximize passive design strategies through large overhangs, high ceiling, large Window to wall ratio and incorporate energy efficiency into the building in alignment with global decarbonization targets. This compound has a storage capacity of 100,000L and has a backup generator connected to all houses to ensure operability during tropical cyclones and power outages. The project is due to be completed in December 2026.
